Nordson sells Slough graphic arts UV curing business

Nordson Corporation is to divest its UV curing business for graphic arts based in Slough, UK. The business, which has approximately eighty employees and an additional office in Easton, Pennsylvania, USA, is to be sold to Baldwin Technology Company, a company in Shelton, Connecticut, that supplies process automation equipment and related consumables for the printing and publishing industries. The divested business includes products such as the Primarc and Horizon brand names. Baldwin said it has operations strategically located in the major print markets and distributes its products via a global sales and service infrastructure.
