Functional micropatterned surfaces prepared by simultaneous UV-lithography and surface segregation of fluorinated copolymers

Many film properties depend on the topography and chemistry at the film surface, and there are now a large number of techniques available that can deliver structured or functionalised surface (some are listed in the introduction here). However, it is argued that there are fewer techniques that can control both the structure and the functionality at the surface.
