German Kiln Technology GmbH (GKT) was established in 2010, with the goal to design and manufacture kilns for refractories and technical ceramics. GKT engineers have over 25 years' experience of building and installing over 100 kilns worldwide. GKT provides turnkey solutions for continuous and intermittent kilns. With regard to the low energy consumption of kilns, the company achieves first-rate results based on engineering, process automation, and heat recovery. GKT designs its own burner technology, according to each client's product requirements. The target is to calculate the most suitable burner system to achieve the optimum customized firing solution and energy efficiency system for preheating combustion air to temperatures up to 550 °C.
