When I recruit a designer for the agency, I look for someone who is cultivated and has a broad outlook on the world," says Regine Charvet-Pello of RCP Design Global, based in Tours, France. "I don't just want someone to sit at a computer or a drawing board. What interests me is finding someone with the broadest possible social vision." That reflects RCP's approach to design, which is all about creating a visual identity in keeping with each place.
