These studies shed light on fluoroscopy and allow us to see how radiation dose is not only dependent on equipment, but also on the examiner. Further research should be done to investigate why women use more radiation than men. In future studies, it would be better to use adjust the numbers of male and female radiologists so the data could be more representative of the entire population. In the last study there seems to be room for more research, as well. More examinations should be completed during the study. This would give the study more reliable data.
