Second Chinese PDH plant starts production

Chinese petrochemical producer Ningbo Haiyue has started commercial production at its 600,000 t/yr propane dehydrogenation(PDH)unit,offering propylene cargoes on the spot market in east China. The unit is China’s second PDH plant after state-owned Tianjin Bohai’s 600,000 t/yr unit(LPGW,17 June,p5).
