摘要

The propagation of electromagnetic waves in layered conductors is investigated by the method of the quantum kinetic equation. The quantum oscillations of the impedance for elastic scattering on impurities is calculated. An expression is obtained for the low-frequency oscillations of the impedance over a wide range of frequencies of the electromagnetic wave.
