Applications of interferometry

Interferometry is one of the most versatile and precise principles of optical metrology. Especially for applications of distance and surface metrology, it provides a lot of different solutions. This article gives a short overview of applications of laser interferometry for these topics. For more details see 6 Extended Abstract.
