摘要

In this paper a Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test-bed system is proposed to improve the benchmarking and verification process of fault tolerant control (FTC) schemes for offshore wind turbines under realistic conditions. The HIL test-bed system consists of real drivetrain parts such as a torsional-flexible shaft, a permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG), speed sensors, an electric motor for rotor torque simulation and a real-time capable wind turbine (WT) model. The entire WT model has four degrees of freedom and is implemented in Simulink and compiled on a dSPACE rapid control prototyping system. In parallel to the wind turbine model, a rotor blade pitch controller and generator torque controller were implemented. The usability of the HIL concept is demonstrated by means of an observer-based FTC approach using the first stage of the test-bed system.
