Bio-company in Schizophrenia deal

Cambridge biomarker company Psynova Neurotech has sealed a partnership with Rules-Based Medicine of Texas ro co-develop and commercialise a blood test for diagnosing schizophrenia.In the absence of specific biological tests,the diagnosis of schizophrenia is highly subjective and time-consuming.Psynova's bio-markers were discovered through its collaborative programme with the company's co-founder Sabine Bahn of the Cambridge Centre for Neu-ropsychiatric Research.
