Two steps forward, three steps back

The other morning I received the following e-mail from one of our members, a long established and responsible supplier of growing media to the professional and amateur garden markets in the UK: Just to let you know that our factory was visited on Saturday night by protesters. Nearly 200 pallets of stock were damaged (perversely, all containing reduced peat products), a lorry was vandalised and loading shovel had sugar poured in the fuel tank. How do we get across to these idiots that we are ahead ofschedule on peat replacement, that we are committed to conservation but that if we have any more of this we will be forced to stop development through lack of funds.
