PLCA Elects New Officers at 68th Convention

U.S.oil and gas pipeline contractors gathered in Arizona to elect new officers and prepare for the upcoming construction season. Pe Ben USA Inc. general manager Bernie Bermack was elected 2016 president of the Pipe Line Contractors Association (PLCA) at the group's 68th annual convention in Scottsdale, Arizona, Feb. 23-27. The PLCA also elected new officers and directors for the upcoming year.
