Special issue dedicated to Professor Gaston M. N'Guérékata on the occasion of his 60th birthday

Preface Professor N'Guérékata earned a Ph. D. degree in Mathematics in 1980 from the University of Montreal, Canada, under the supervision of Professor S. Zaidman and then attended the University of California, Berkeley, on a postdoctorate program. His research areas include functional analysis and abstract differential equations in Banach and locally convex spaces, with applications to partial differential equations and functional differential equations.
