摘要

Jon Wichersand his wife Tania call their Wairoa farm Early Bird - and with good reason. Every Saturday for the past year, the couple have been selling their Bio-Gro certified produce at the Gisborne flea market, then taking down that stall and setting up at the nearby farmers' market. As their Wairoa property is an hour and a halt's drive from Gisborne, and the flea market starts "at the crack of dawn", it makes for a busy day, leaving the farm at 3am.
