The current conclusions are:the SHS Ceramic-lined steel composite pipe can be joined by welding similar to a normal steel pipe.the pressure-resistance of the pipeline is good. After one year running, the ceramic layer has not cracked or flaked.the linear expansion coefficient of SHS ceramic-lined steel composite pipe is close to that of the steel pipe and no problem has been found with seasonal temperature variations.for a conventional steel pipe, the designed pressure of the pump was 7 Mpa. For the new pipe the running pressure is 4 Mpa. Due to the flow resistance in the SHS pipeline being smaller.
