Sir,We describe an extremely rare case of refractory multiple shunt failure, in which we had to resort to ventriculo-ureteric shunt (VUS) and at the end of 1 year follow-up the patient remains asymptomatic.A 60-year-old male patient was diagnosed to have shunt dependent tuberculous meningitis and hydrocephalus since 5 years. He presented with the multiple times, with failed ventriculo-peritoneal/atrial/pleural shunt and twice attempted endoscopic third ventriculostomy, all these procedures were carried out at other facilities [Figure 1].
