摘要

Determination of area under disease progress curve is an indication of slow blasting and fast blasting traits of the fingermillet cultivars.Out of 36 medium duration fingermillet germplasm lines screened for leaf blast disease resistance and lesion number per leaf, the line GE-300 had the maximum AUDPC values of 335.80 when compared to other lines and lowest values were recorded in GE-395 (69.15). Based on lesion number AUDPC values revealed that the highest values of 245.55 were seen in GE-296 whereas lowest values of 102.72 was in GE-395. Further 'r' values based on leaf area covered showed that the maximum value was in the line GE-300 (0.1981) whereas lowest values of 0.0219 was in GE-395. However, the 'r' value based on lesion number showed thatthe highest value was in the line GE-300 (0.0473) and the lowest value of 0.0016 was in GE-395. Maximum 'K' values for leaf area covered (0.1414) was in GE-300 and the minimum of 0.0206 was in GE-395. Based on lesion number GE-300 had the maximum values of 0.0352 and the minimum of 0.0021 was in GE-395. Resistant finger millet lines had high value of AUDPC, logistic and Gompertz when compared to susceptible one.
