Nano Fe3O4/carboxylation chitosan/sodium alginate magnetofluid (Fe3O4/CMC/SA) was prepared by one pot method. Its mean diameter, surface zeta potential, crystal structure, surface morphology and specific surface area were characterized. We studied four factors, which could influence the properties of Fe3O4/CMC/SA, and discussed synthetic mechanism. alpha-Amylase was selected as a simulation object to study loading performance and controlled release behavior. The results showed that Fe3O4/CMC/SAs, synthesized in our study, were nano materials. The best preparation conditions were that the quality of ferrous chloride tetrahydrate is 7.5 g, the quality of carboxylation chitosan is 0.75 g, the reaction temperature was 60 degrees C and the speed of ammonium hydroxide is 6 ml/min. The Fe3O4/CMC/SA, which prepared under the best conditions, was good dispersive. Its surface zeta potential was -28.28 mV, single particle size was 30 similar to 80 nm, specific surface area was 68 m(2)/g, and loading ratio was 96.5%.
