Market Remains Bullish on Distributed Energy

With distributed energy (DE),there are a number of stakeholders searching for gold but,historically,even more digging for fire.The distributed energy sector has long been led by inventors and visionaries looking for the tipping point that leads our society away from a centralized model for energy production to a cleaner,more efficient model focused on production at or near the customer's home or place of business.Now,there is a feeling that the two,the mother lode and fire,or in other words,economics and essential value,are starting to come together to realize this vision.The Distributed Energy Financial Group (DEFG)LLC recently completed the annual distributed energy market survey with Market Strategies Inc.as part of DEFG's third annual Distributed Energy Sector Review.Approximately 550 stakeholders responded to the survey,representing all facets of the industry,including utilities,vendors,regulators,developers,investors,and other interested stakeholders.
