Measurement techniques used to measure nanoparticles and their disperse parameters applied in reference equipment

The techniques and measurement tools used to measure the disperse parameters of nanoparticles applied in reference equipment are described. Experimental results of the measurements of nanoparticle parameters in water and air environments, as well as the results of interlaboratory comparisons confirming the declared metrological characteristics, are presented.
