摘要

It is shown that cationic water-soluble polyelectrolytes containing quaternary nitrogen atoms stimulate the synthesis of the aggregates of anionic carbocyanine dyes of various structures. It is established that cationic polymer plays the role of a matrix on which an "assembly" of aggregates from dimmers occurs; i.e., the matrix synthesis of anionic-dye aggregates on the cationic polyelectrolyte takes place. It is shown that the structure of the aggregates synthesized on the polyelectrolyte is substantially determined by the alkyl sub-stituent in the mesa-position of the polymethine chain of carbocyanine dyes; in the case of an ethyl substitu-ent, J-aggregates with "brickwork"-type packing are formed; with a methyl substituent, H~* aggregates with another type of packing are formed, possibly with the packing of a "stepladder" type.
