Consideration of the Three -Dimensional Stress Fields in the Neighborhood of the Notch Root of the Metallic Specimen

In this paper we have considered the coefficient of the stress concentration and the stress constraint, the parameter of the property of the three-dimensional stress fields' in the part of notch with the finite element pattern when we provided the notch with U-type in the metallic specimen.
