The days of dumping fertiliser across whole dairy properties are over. Technology combined with research is empowering producers with detailed farm-fertility maps, enabling them to treat their properties on a paddock-by-paddock basis.Canberra's Caring for the Country scheme is about to pay rich rewards for dairy farmers across Australia.It is providing funding for a natural resource management project targeting nutrient-use efficiency and managing soil acidity.
