In the real world costs rise faster than sales revenue. Only businesses that continue to improve can remain solvent. According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) there are fewer growers each year and more mushrooms grown1. Some farms close,many are acquired by larger operations. To stay viable, everybody needs to find ways to be more productive with fewer resources.
