Increasingly, we understand that today traditional KM, with its focus on areas like collecting knowledge and connecting people is not enough. As a result there is an emerging focus on effective and measurable culture of people management. Some of the most exciting and groundbreaking work in this aspect of KM is being carried out by human resource departments worldwide, and The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) is a leader in this area.
