Learning through Knowledge Management

Written by three people - one a professor in management at the University of Wolverhampton, the other two currently working for a Singaporean corporation - the book is divided into two distinct parts. Part one asks what is KM and learning and defines through discussion the broad remit of organisational action. It is a comprehensive review based on the idea "in tomorrow's business world, companies will have to rely on a continuous cycle of learning to capitalise fully on organisational capabilities and to continually create new and fresh markets for goods and services."
