摘要

In the rubber processing industry it is important to produce a consistent high quality concerning technical rubber goods. It is also necessary to achieve a good distribution regarding reinforcing fillers such as carbon black or silica. Most of the analytical measurement methods typically used to estimate the efficiency of the mixing process (Mooney viscosity, RPA, vulcanization curve...) represent a small part of the full batch because only a small amount of local test pieces are measured. A significant conclusion regarding the homogeneity of the Compound is not possible in this way. In con-junction with poor distribution of the cross-linking agents, an inhomogeneous degree of vulcanization is observed within the batch [1]. This will lead to negative effects on the life time of technical rubber goods [2]. Authors
