Lone Star Technologies, Inc., Dallas, Texas, will purchase the assets of North Star Steel Co.'s Tubular Division, which produces seamless products, primarily oil country tubular goods. Two-thirds of its capacity is alloy castings for deep-well oil and gas operations, and North Star also manufactures line standard and mechanical pipe, and coupling stock.The sale price is
