State estimation in water networks: a tutorial

摘要

This paper has presented a simplistic explanation of static state-estimation and demonstrated its potential for on-line monitoring of water distribution systems.To some extent the method shows how data in the form of measurements can be turned into information that other computer applications or an operator could reliably use.
