摘要

In this paper the conception of a low-cost device to determine the coefficient of permeability was presented. In the apparatus a non-typical source of gas and gas flow meter has been used. A used flow meter allows us to measure very low gas flow rates. The upper measurement range limit of the constructed device was about 20 cm(3) min(-1), whereas the lower measurement range limit was estimated to be approximately 0.01 cm(3) min(-1).
