Meeting VOC limits takes a Little Giant

As tighter EU regulations come into effect this year for removal of volatile organic chemicals(VOC)from the shopfloor,many processors are struggling to meet these limits with traditional thermal regenerative incineration.Emission limitations have been reduced in many countries to 20 mgC/Nm~3 which may not be achievable without complex and expensive incinerators.The Little Giant combines catalytic incineration with a heat exchanger.Its operating temperature is between 300-350°C compared to 800-850°C for conventional incinerators.
