Extruders of sheet products such as acrylic, PS, PP and PVC have the need for heavy duty rugged granulators, like the Heavy Duty Granulator model 60/140 CL, 150 HP. Polymer Systems has installed many of these systems in North America. The rugged granulator features the patented cross-scissor cutting action, and rotor knives are pre-adjusted outside the machine for fast and easy replacement. The cutting chamber and screen cradle are electro hydrauli-cally opened and closed for easy maintenance access.
