In the following study, raw data from EUREF-POL, POLREF andEUVN campaigns that made the basis of Polish national geodeticreference were substantially verified. Data from those campaignswere reprocessed using unified EPN standards. The resultsobtained have been carefully analysed. The superiority of thesolutions obtained in the ITRF2000 over those obtained inprevious realizations of the ITRF was indicated. The use of newantenna models (e.g. Mader, 1999; Rothacher, 2001; Boussaadet al., 2005), processing all data in one block, precise velocitydetermination of reference stations as well as careful analysis andverification of source data also contributed to the reduction ofstandard deviations for the coordinates determined. Referencingall campaigns to the same permanent stations allows for eliminat-ing biases. Measured with standard deviations, the uncertainty of stationcoordinates obtained from the solution obtained in 2005 for thePOLREF network is substantially larger than the one characteriz-ing the solution dating back to 1996. The POLREF site coordina-tes calculated using data from control survey those from re-processing the POLREF campaign in 2005 is twice as good as theconsistency characteristic of the solution adopted in 1996.
