Resources VC fund launched

A NEW venture-capital (VC) fund has been launched by London-based PCE Investors Ltd on behalf of CD Capital to invest in pre-lPO companies and other early-stage opportunities in the natural-resources sector. In common with all such VC funds, the CD Private Equity Natural Resources Fund will seek opportunities with the potential to "deliver substantial returns on exit".
