The present invention relates to a recycling system and a recycling method for recycling PVC waste materials as resources. More particularly, the present invention relates to a recycling system and a recycling method for recycling PVC waste materials in which each process is connected to an automated conveying device in a process of passing waste materials made of PVC resins through a grinding and sorting device, and the detection of removal of foreign matter is performed by an automated system, which greatly increases the waste throughput. According to the present invention, the recycling efficiency of PVC waste can be significantly increased to solve the environmental pollution problem. Increasing throughput will increase sales of waste recycling companies. Employment creation for new manpower and export of renewable raw materials will be strengthened.
