Gates Rubber's EnviroFluid hydraulic hose is designed to resist the side effects of tube and cover degradation that are associated with most biodegradable hydraulic fluids. The hose is built with Gates' special nitrile tube stock. It prevents environmentally friendly fluids from seeping through the tube and blistering the cover. EnviroFluid hose is compatible with the most commonly used biodegradable fluids. These include polyester, polyglycol and vegetable oil, as well as standard petroleum-based fluids.
