The heat exchanger has two passages for gaseous and/or liquid fluids. One of the passages includes a flow resistor inside. The flow resistor is a mechanical component, which inhibits flow of gaseous and/or liquid fluids flowing in the former passage. The flow resistor is formed as a hydraulic smooth pipe (1), a pipe with a special inner geometry and a corrugated hose. The flow resistor forces single or multiple rectangular diversion of flow direction. The pipes exhibit a trumpet-shaped inlet, and are sealed with sealant or adhesive.
