At a time when dealers are looking to cut costs to survive, investing in a new DMS is probably the last thing on their mind. Some providers would argue that it's false economy to spend money on upgrading an old system. Others maintain that in the current economic climate, the emphasis should be on making maximum use of an existing system's capabilities.
