摘要

The influence of Cu~(2+) or Mg~(2+) on the Fe~(2+) oxidation ability of Ni~(2+) adapted strains was apparent when Cu~(2+) or Mg~(2+) was above a certain concentration. The toxicity of ternary combinations of Cu~(2+), Mg~(2+) and Ni~(2+) to Ni~(2+) adapted strains was stronger than that of binary combinations of Cu~(2+) and Ni~(2+) or Mg~(2+) and Ni~(2+) to it. Compared with wild strains, Ni~(2+) adapted strains exhibited better leaching efficiency in the bioleaching of nickel from nickel-bearing pyrrhotite concentrate.
