OPTIMIZATION OF THE CONTINUOUS PROCESS STRUCTURE AND CONTROL, ON THE EXAMPLE OF FLOTATION PROCESS

The paper presents the results of tests concerning the structure of flotation systems with regard to separation product return in individual flotation machines. The structures obtained do not depend on the properties of feed to flotation system. Correct operation of these systems depends on selecting and keeping the constant value of mean time of grain stay in flotation chambers. Therefore an idea of automation and control of these systems is presented.
