In recent years, very few studies have been reported on the compression creep behaviour of the metal matrix composites (MMCs). Therefore there is a need for a proper studying of the influence of the reinforcement type and volume fraction of such composite materials. There are three basic types of (MMCs): dispersion strengthened, particle reinforced and fiber (whisker) reinforced. Metal matrix composites, in general consists of at least two components: the first is the matrix metal or alloy and the second component is the reinforcement (in general an intermetallic compound materials such as oxides, car-bides or nitrides) [1,2].
