Feasibility study to look at possible mine options

Jackson Gold Ltd is looking to the early development of its Wallbrook project in Western Australia by way of a neap leach or toll milling operation. A feasibility study looking at both aspects is currently being undertaken. The announcement followed results of a scoping study which looked at the 342,000 ounce (+1 gram/tonne) Eleven Bells-Redbrook-Red Flag deposits within the project area. In pit resources came in at more than 200,000 oz at a gold price of 850 dollars/oz and a heap leach operation pointed to a cash surplus of 54 million dollars based on a capacity of 1.5 million tonne per annum.
