Acquiring some underexplored copper-gold and base metal tenements in a prospective region has been a positive step for mid-sized explorer Corona Gold Ltd. During June the exploration house entered into a farm-in agreement with Jaguar Minerals Ltd to pursue field activities at Mt Jukes near Queenstown in western Tasmania. After a few years of looking for gold in Indonesia, Corona was on the lookout for valuable holdings in Australia when it entered the agreement - a deal which will allow it to earn a maximum of 80% of Mt Jukes if it spends up to 600,000 dollars by 2012.
