Breiner is the president and chief executive officer of Schramm, Incorporated, a manufacturer of mobile tophead rotary drill rigs, based in West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA. He has more than 25 year's experience in the manufacturing of rotary drilling rigs and associated equipment. His career began with Ingersoll-Rand's Rock Drill Division in Phillipsburg, New Jersey in 1978. Moving to Texas with IR's Rotary Drill Division in the early 1980s he managed marketing, engineering, manufacturing and financial functions throughout the 1980s and 1990s. In 1999, he moved to Pennsylvania as the vice-president and branch manager of Ingersoll-Rand Equipment Sales, located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania providing sales and service for all IR construction and mining products in Central Pennsylvania. In mid-2000, Breiner joined Schramm, Inc as the vice-president of marketing; he has held several roles at Schramm culminating in the CEO position in 2005. He also serves as a director on the board of the American Ground Water Trust, a non-profit organisation which provides public education concerning the hydrologic, economic and environmental significance of ground water. He holds a B.S. and an M.B.A and is also Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) awarded by APICS, the Association of Operations Management.
