Last month's drilling at the Moiyabana project in Botswana has proven a boon on resource definition for coal explorer Hodges Resources Ltd (ASX: HDG), with thick seams shown at shallow depths suitable for open-pit mining. All but two of 20 holes in the 2,747 metre programme intersected mineralisation, with continuity extending 15 kilometres from the southernmost hole, and not closed off by drilling.
