JP Energy Completes Acquisition of Conway Oil

JP Energy Partners (Irving, Texas) has completed the acquisition of Conway Oil Co. of Clovis, N.M. for an undisclosed amount. The purchase marks JP Energy's sixth acquisition with the propane industry in the past year, further strengthening the organization's presence throughout New Mexico and adding to its existing footprint in southeast New-Mexico and West Texas. Conway Oil Co. has operations in Tucumcari, Fort Sumner, and Santa Rosa. It distributes propane, gasoline, and diesel to customers throughout eastern New Mexico and West Texas. As part of the acquisition, JP Energy Partners will retain the existing Conway Oil management team and employees to continue managing the daily operations of the business.
