Despite a bit of slowing in the price of crude,LPG prices in general have been edging upward.In fact,since April of this year,LPG prices have been consistently bullish when they would normally have been expected to plummet.From mid September going into mid-October,large,fully-refrigerated cargoes of propane in Northwest Europe had strengthened by 45 per tonne to 700-705 per tonne cif Northwest European terminals.
