LANSING,Mich.-Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) Assistant Supervisor of Wells,Hal Fitch,issued a pre-hearing conference order for Supervisor of Wells Cause No.18-2007 on Dec.20,2007 to establish dates for a hearing to consider Ordovician Trenton-Black River allowables,spacing,and the restriction of flaring or venting of gas in a 15-county area in Michigan's southern Lower Peninsula.
