West Bay Exploration Co. recognized by Oil & Gas Financial Journal as one of top 100 U.S.-based private E & P companies

TRAVERSE CITY, Mich.—West Bay Exploration Co. was recognized late last year as one of the 100 largest U.S.-based private E & P companies in terms of 2010 operated production in barrels of oil equivalent (BOE) according to a report in the October 2010 edition of Oil & Gas Financial Journal (OGFJ). According to the OGFJ report, data provided by independent research firm IHS Herold, Inc. ranked West Bay No. 100 among U.S.-based private E & P companies with operated 2010 Year-to-date production in BOE of more than 541,000 BOE from a total of 62 Michigan wells.
