STUDY COOLING RATE ON THE MORPHOLOGY 15 MnNiMoV 5 3 STEEL USING DILATOMETER

摘要

In recent years, much research has been done on the morphology of alloy special structural steels. In this study was studied microstructure of 15 MnNiMoV 5 3 (1.6918) steel at cooling different times using Dilatometer device. For this purpose, in different cooling times and at constant austenitizing temperature and time was studied microstructure of this steel. Results showed that by increasing the cooling time, the obtained microstructure is more fine-grained.
